Training young employees is the future of every company. Strassacker is well aware of this. Strassacker has been training apprentices since the company was founded and is therefore recognised as a competent training company.

Strassacker is also engaged in examination and state examination boards and the vocational training committee/BIV. The foundry has played a key role in preserving the art and craft vocations as training occupations in the Crafts Regulation.
