Born in 1973, Anders Krisár lives and works in Stockholm, Sweden. He discovered his path as a visual artist in his late twenties. His works, primarily sculptures and photographs, are deeply personal and often deal with themes such as family, memory and the human condition. Krisár's works combine technical precision with emotional intensity, drawing comparisons to artists such as Louise Bourgeois, Ron Mueck and Kiki Smith but his distinctive aesthetic stands apart, confronting the fragility and resilience of human experience.
