An award that comes from the heart.

Every two years, the German Children's Hospice Association honors volunteer work in children's and youth hospice care. In 2025, it will do so for the 10th time, with a redesign of the award for the first time.

The ginkgo leaf, a symbol of hope, remembrance, and friendship, was carefully crafted by hand in wax, cast in bronze, and mounted on a base made of real ginkgo wood.
