Strassacker created the largest bronze horse sculptur in the world on the premises of Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach (Miami, Florida). The commissioning party is the Gulfstream Park. The initiator for this idea is Frank Stronach. His company "Stronach Group" is the parent company of the Gulfstream Park. Frank Stronach commissioned Strassacker to realize this sculptur in bronze.

The bronze sculptur Pegasus and Dragon is 33 metres high, 60 metres long and 35 metres wide. Inside this bronze sculpture, there is a very complex steel structure for the statics.
